How To Keep Your Resolutions and Reach Your Goals – Goal-Setting

How To Keep Your Resolutions and Reach Your Goals

Another year has flown by and here you are at the beginning of another year. This is a time when many people assess their life and make "new year resolutions" or set goals for the New Year. Sometimes they are the exact same resolutions as last year!! Did you make some of these?I will:* Lose weight, get into shape, and exercise more
* Spend more time with my family
* Stress less & relax more
* Get more sleep
* Save money
* Change jobs
* Be happyIf any of these resolutions sound familiar this is because these are some of the most popular resolutions made each year according to "How To Keep Your New Years Resolution.com"The Oxford Dictionary definition of resolution is to decide firmly or have great determination, but most people are lucky if their resolution is kept until the end of their holidays. It's no wonder many people find themselves making the exact same resolutions the next year. So how can you be successful in sticking to a resolution or successfully achieve any goal?FIRSTLY...work on one thing at a time. Goals or resolutions involve change and sometimes it's easier to give up and sink back into our old life patterns than stick to change. So only do one thing at a time or you may be tempted to give up!SECONDLY...PLAN..PLAN..PLAN..you've heard the saying "People who fail to plan, plan to fail." Think about your goal. WRITE IT DOWN!!!! Put it where you will see it everyday. Set a start date. Develop a strategy. Write a list of points to help you reach your goal-break it down into manageable pieces and tackle it one piece at a time.THIRDLY...Prepare for those obstacles that you know will come up. You know what I mean-if you have decided to lose 10kg you know someone will bring a chocolate cake to work on the first day of your diet. So think about what obstacles will come up and a plan to tackle each one. If you slip up-don't let this make you totally give up. See it as one step back among all the steps you have taken and will take forward!!!!
Remember to reward yourself for every step forward you do take-this will keep you in action and motivated.LASTLY......GET SUPPORT...this is a must. It's much easier to stay in action if you feel supported and also accountable to someone. You could buddy up with a friend or relative (as long as you are definitely sure they will support you). Or for unbiased support chose a Personal Life Coach to keep you motivated and in action.Lisa Branigan specialises in coaching women who are stressed, tired and overwhelmed with their busy lives. Got Goals? Did You Reach Them? – Goal-Setting

Got Goals? Did You Reach Them?

Most of us have goals.Big ones, small ones. But not always do we follow through with them and that...hum?could be dangerous.You see, within a lifetime our goals may change a little or dramatically, which is fine. The problem is when you have definite goals but can't follow through with them. It's crushing. It makes you feel miserable. As if you can't accomplish anything properly. You start something but it stays unfinished. That's the deception we want to stay away from. It is a bad bad habit!Here are a few tips to start fresh!Write your goal down. I know it's simple but it works! On a calendar, on a notebook, perhaps put a reminder in your computer to pop up everyday. Write it anywhere where you will be able to see it and where it will make an impact to encourage action. Action is the step that will ultimately finish your goal. Tip one: write it downBreak it down. Smaller steps are easier and more achievable. It makes you feel better because you actually did part of your goal. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder! Tip two: smaller goals = achievable.Just do it. The action that will make your story a happy story. Not being fastidious here, just realistic. That's where most of us fail (gym membership that you never use, correspondent course that ended without you, boxes that are still unpack after 2 years of moving in ect.). This is where the bad old habit disappears; it's when the action replaces the inertia. Tip three: Just do it."Nature gave man two ends ?one to sit on and one to think with. Ever since, man's success has been dependent on the one he uses most." ?George R. Entrepreneurs Reach Record Income Levels Using New EBook on Adsense and Adword Techniques – Book-Reviews

Entrepreneurs Reach Record Income Levels Using New EBook on Adsense and Adword Techniques

The "Rich Jerk" has created quite a stir on the Internet about his new ebook revealing secrets on how to use use Google Adwords and Adsense for big profits. He has recently sold a website on eBay for $390,000 that had a $900,000 annual return. It only took him nine months to reach that sky-rocketing figure.The Rich Jerk's real name is Kelly Summer. He often likes to refer to himself as "The Rich Jerk" for his attention grabbing and rude awakening marketing techniques. He has recently grabbed notoriety amongst some of the leading marketing experts such as Lance Groom, Jeff Mills, Dean Marino, Britt Phillips, and Karl Payne. Some people are saying that this revealing ebook has opened many doors for new and experienced marketers to make a lot of online money.The Rich Jerk has been able to earn over $13 million in the past six years with clickbank and Paypal using these exact same techniques he now teaches. Some critics say that The Rich Jerk has revealed too much information and that could shrink their pocket books by the competition of new marketing arrivals.This book is also not for the faint of heart. It contains some marketing tactics that are considered "grey hat" and "black hat." It also assumes readers are professional enough to understand investing in their business, in the form of advertising. Not every tactic is grey hat, black hat, or costs money though - there's a nice mix of many different tactics and approaches. The book is a "no fluff" and "no filler" type ebook that gets right to the point and shows you exactly how this guy is making tons of cash.The Rich Jerk is a legitimate online player. People are also stating that they just couldn't resist The Rich Jerk and what he had to say in his brand new ebook. Ninety-nine percent of the reviews online have stated, "don't worry at all about feeling like you got duped, because The Rich Jerk is not such a jerk after all and his book was downright Awesome"! Yes he does have an abrasive advertising style, but what the Jerk does do is make a lot of money, and is now willing to teach other people how to do the same.In the first chapter, entitled "Creating an Affiliate Website that Sells Like Crazy", he covers building affiliate websites to earn commissions from the sales of other people's products. He starts by listing 13 affiliate sites and ranks them as "must join", "maybe join", and "join if you are bored". Once you've selected a product to sell, he goes through six specific writing strategies to use on your affiliate site to hook the reader and get them to click through on your affiliate link. He then gives you a complete sample "sales letter" (it's more like an article) with all of his strategies at work.The third section in chapter one discusses offering rebates to your customers, but it's not just the same old "buy from me and I'll give you part of my affiliate fee back". The Rich Jerk delves into specific ways to do refunds that will increase your bottom line as opposed to simply offering a rebate.In the final section of chapter one, The Rich Jerk writes about setting up pay-per-lead sites, where you get paid $10 or so for each person who provides you with his or her information (which you then pass on to a company which pays you for the lead). This is a technique that has not been explored in-depth much by any of the mainstream Internet marketing channels.So why is "The Rich Jerk" much better than you?
The answer to this question lies within his newly released ebook.For more information on "The Rich Jerk" Go To...
